How To Conduct Successful Webinars?

Generally, people are aware of “what is a webinar” or “how to do a webinar”, but there goes some preparation if a person wants the hosted on-webinar to be a successful service. There is a constant need for promotion for the hosted webinar so that it can reach the audience. The best ways to do that are – mailing to the email list, using social media platforms, using your own website with registration boxes on sidebars and using public event groups and calendars. The other ways to do this is by posting about the webinar on the blog and speakers and influences can be asked to mention that webinar in their posts as a promotion technique. The hosted webinar is planned well before time so that it can be reached by a wider group of audience. Email and posts on social media network should be sent more than once.

The one mistake which new people tend to make always is to sideline the quality of the slides and prepare properly for their content delivery. These are some of the points to remember while creating an apt presentation for the webinar –

•  The best practice would be to use 20-point (or nearby) font. Include some images for better representation. Don’t forget to keep around 25% space blank to make it less packed.

•  Though sometimes people prefer to utilize slides which have little to no words, the impact from the combination of words and images is on another level. The information retains more if it is associated with imagery.

•  If the slide needs an in-depth analysis and explanation, it would require at least a minute or two and less than that for smaller slides.

• After-session of webinars consist of questionnaire time with the audience where people tend to get their queries answered regarding the subject of the webinar.
